Our client is a well-established name in the industry, renowned for delivering exceptional financial planning services to clients across the UK. Due to their ongoing expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Head of Administration to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the administrative operations that support the firm s Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of IFA Administrators, ensuring the team operates efficiently and meets high performance standards. Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure seamless support for Financial Planners and Paraplanners. Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, maintaining the firm's strong reputation for quality and professionalism. Streamline and improve administrative processes to increase efficiency and productivity across the team. Manage workloads within the team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Foster a collaborative, positive, and supportive team environment focused on continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities. Handle escalated client issues promptly, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and resolution. Requirements: Strong knowledge of financial services or IFA administration processes. Proven leadership and team management experience within a financial services environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team. Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines. Previous experience in a senior administration or leadership role would be advantageous, but we will also consider experienced IFA Administrators looking to step into a leadership role.
