Role Responsibilities
Leadership & Oversight:
Manage and lead the administration team, ensuring delivery of consistent, high-quality support across the firm
Assess and refine existing admin processes, driving ongoing improvements and standardisation
Supervise workflows and short- to medium-term admin projects, managing resources and time effectively
