As they continue to grow, they seek a dynamic Head of Amazon Vendor Accounts and Services to drive their Amazon Vendor Business to new heights and make it the best established and best in class proposition in the industry.The Head of Amazon Vendor Accounts will:Create and implement the vision for the Amazon Vendor departmentDevelop and oversee a comprehensive range of services tailored to Amazon VendorsPursue and secure new business opportunities, bringing on brand new clients into the company portfolio - focussing on higher profile acquisitionsRepresent the agency as a thought leader in the Amazon Vendor industry, through consistent networking, attending events speaking on podcasts, webinars, panels, and bringing the agency to the forefront of brands' minds.Ensure smooth departmental operations and align goals with broader company objectivesOwn the P&L for the department, jointly setting targets with the boardEssential Skills:Proven experience in a leadership role within an Amazon-focused agency or within Amazon, or within a number of Amazon VendorsDemonstrable experience in developing and growing business services related to Amazon Vendor operationsStrong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunitiesExcellent networking and relationship-building skills, ideally with a contact book of Amazon vendors they can begin conversations with from day 1.Super Commercial mindset and skillset, ability to create, spot and convert new business prospectsDeep knowledge of Amazon marketplace dynamics, especially Vendor servicesA people person - this role is going to be dealing with people at all levels at all times, both internally and externally and having a passion for people and developing long term relationships is paramount.No Ego - this role is great for someone who is confident yet humble in their approach.This role is unique as it looks to further establish a business critical pillar as the company looks to continue to develop and establish itself at the forefront of the industry.
