Head of Asset Management - Real Estate

Head of Asset Management London or Paris We are currently assisting a global investor in their search for a Head of Asset Management. Our client oversees the management of approximately 40 billion in assets across various strategies. Within their real estate division, they seek an individual with extensive knowledge of the hospitality sector and a broad understanding of other real estate asset classes. Our client boasts an impressive track record across Europe. This position can be based in either Paris or London, depending on the candidate's preference. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the acquisition team to assess new investment opportunities. Play a key role in strategic transactions, including reviewing underwriting for new acquisitions, preparing assets for disposition, and overseeing the execution of new acquisitions. Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to forecasting, financial matters, and performance. Focus on enhancing the performance of the current portfolio. Coordinate efforts between various internal teams and external partners. Qualifications: Over 15 years of relevant experience in asset management or investment roles. Extensive experience in real estate, with a strong understanding of the hospitality market. Proven experience in asset disposition.
