Head of Asset Strategy & Compliance
Are you an experienced strategist with a strong track record in managing Asset data, performance and the “Big 6” areas of Compliance? Northamptonshire Partnership Homes is seeking a Head of Asset Strategy and Compliance to join their senior leadership team to manage the strategic Asset Management including asset data, stock condition surveys, asset performance and all the big 6 areas of compliance.
Northampton Partnership Homes (NPH) is an ALMO (Arms Length Management Company), wholly owned by West Northamptonshire Council but has its own management team and Board of Directors. They currently manage around 11,500 properties across the Northamptonshire region.
Why Join NPH?
As Head of Asset Strategy and Compliance, you will lead the development and delivery of the asset management strategy, lead the asset strategy team to devise, develop and ensure compliance of NPH’s annual asset investment programme and be responsible for the effective collection, recording, maintaining and analysing all asset management data of NPH stock. You will also be responsible for ensuring the “Big 6” is compliant and the relevant legislation is in place and processes and procedures for ensuring 100% compliance.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Asset Management you will be accountable for performance improvement, service development and driving asset strategy decisions to ensure NPH’s housing meet local demand and provides value for money.
