Head of Assets - Interim 12 month contract - Outside IR35My local authority partner is now looking to onboard a Head of Assets for an interim 12 month contract to lead their Property Service Team.Local Authority experience is essential for this position. Requirements: - RICS chartered - Able to lead a team of surveyors, project managers, and technical officers as well as mentoring junior staff.- Experience managing an extensive patch of assets ensuring the services are conducted in line with the policy and are compliant with the relevant property legislation.- Implementing new strategies and assisting the Director in successfully delivering the overall service objectives.Job Details: - Contract Length: 12 months - IR35 Status: Outside.- Rate: Negotiable DOE.If this is of interest I am eager to hear from you!
