Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.We are looking for someone to join our amazing adventure and lead our expansion into Europe. After two successful years of commercial operations in the US and in Israel, and our recent launch in the French and the UK markets in 2023, we are now looking for someone that would take the lead on the EU expansion, define & lead the market strategy, continue building our network of partners and clients and generate large-scale deals over Europe.This individual will lead and help us build a European team that will work across Europe to scale our operations. The team will include a Sales Director for UK, and a European Pursuit Manager.Key Responsibilities:Identifying and reach out to key prospects in key European markets, executive level, complex sales, very large enterprises.Lead, select and identify key proposal and opportunities for tender across Europe.Participating and presenting in conferences and other events.Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients to generate leads.Helping determine pricing, promotions, and handling negotiations. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders. Following up on existing customers throughout projects and deliveries Maintaining client records. Maintaining positive business and customer relationships Use of CRM – HubSpot full stackManage the EU team (FR Sales Engineer, EU Pursuit manager and EU BD analyst).REQUIREMENTSStrong background in transportation projects: both on the owner side (transit agencies) and the client side (EPC or consultancy) – Preference for the Rail industry, ideally from an engineering firm.Knowledge of tender process with public entities and energy companies, construction planning processes.5 -7 years of experience in Sales / Business DevelopmentAmazing capability to engage at the executive level.Hands-on and business oriented – with an understanding of the need to play an active role in deals and help get the jobs done A to Z.Passion for disruptive technologyTeam PlayerProficiency in English and French: required; fluency in additional European Union languages: a strong advantage.
