We have a great opportunity to join an international leading broadcast camera solutions company on a 12 months Maternity FTC in a key role for the company which reports into the CEO and COO.
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.
This role will be responsible for all operational efficiency, company governance and compliance, ERP system implementation and management, and management of budget and running of Establishment Division (HR, Facilities and IT).
In this particular MRMC department it has 7 employees, where the successful candidate will provide direct management to 5 staff members.
Key Skills:
1.) Significant HR experience, ideally with a degree or CIPD qualification in HR
2.) Proven experience in end to end project management of implementing new systems, particularly the rollout of ERP projects
3.) Strong knowledge of data protection and GDPR regulations, ideally with experience as a data controller
4.) Ideally experience in managing a small team of people across the operational remit (IT, Facilities, HR, Reception)
If you have any experience in the Media & Entertainment world within an SME - that would be a big advantage to hit the ground running.
This role would be office-based in Surrey with some flexibility for some WFH element after onboarding for the right candidate.
