Head of Care
Location: Crawley
Salary: Up to £30,000 + other benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with every other weekend
Start Date: Immediate
We are recruiting for a Head of Care for a leading residential care home in Crawley. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience at the Deputy Manager level in a non-clinical setting, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the care home
Lead and manage staff, ensuring compliance with care standards
Maintain resident care plans and work closely with families
Handle scheduling and staffing, including weekend cover
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of experience as a Deputy Manager (non-clinical)
Strong leadership and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
Ability to manage staff and resources effectively
Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
