Head of Client Services – Prime Brokerage

Global Head of Client Services Prime Brokerage About the business Our client is a leading algorithmic trading firm and trusted principal liquidity, technology and prime services partner to institutional clients and trading venues globally. The target client base is comprised mainly of retail focused trading firms and brokerages, as well as an expansion into the institutional space, targeting systematic and macro discretionary Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Banks. The product suite includes FX, Equities & Commodities. Daily responsibilities: As the Global Head of Client Services, you will a best-in-class client services to our existing base and prospective pipeline. In-scope responsibilities include the refining and maintaining of the onboarding process, serving as the first point of client contact and associated relationship management responsibilities as well as overseeing the provision of prime services we provide our leveraged clients. The expansion into the institutional client base is a significant development for the firm and long in the making. It will bring with it challenges for all teams so it is critical that the candidate is able to adopt a solutions based approach to daily and more long term demands. They must be able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders quickly and durably. As this is a leadership role, they will need to be able to build, train and run a highly performant team prepared for its day-to-day demands as well as manage an ongoing talent pipeline to ensure the team and business at large always has the best talent available to meet its ongoing and ambitious growth targets. Key requirements: A strong academic background. Experience in the FX, futures & derivatives markets(min 5+ years). Relevant experience leading a Client Services team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
