Exciting career opportunity available for a experienced Head of Colleague Experience. The Head of Colleague Experience plays a critical role in driving a material and measurable improvement in our Colleague Desktop/Digital Experience across the organisation, as part of a Organisational Transformation initiative.A highly visible role across multiple stakeholder groups, the Head of Colleague Experience plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the organization send user computing environment. This includes the design, implementation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and support systems to ensure a seamless and efficient computing experience for all end users within our organisation.Core AccountabilitiesBusiness: Managing the financial, legal, risk and control environment; Strategic/business unit projects. The role includes the following responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Develop and implement a strategic vision for end user computing aligned with organisational goals, considering emerging technologies and industry best practicesPlay a crucial role in executing a comprehensive end-user computing and helpdesk strategy; driving improvements in user experienceLeadership:Lead a skilled team of professionals responsible for desktop support, application management, device provisioning, and user training.Foster a collaborative, innovative and customer-centric work environment.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learningTalent Development oversee the execution of resource plans ensuring, with our HR Partner, there are effective attraction and retention strategiesDrive engagement strategies locally and across TOCS to maintain/improve our Sustainable Engagement scores and create a highly engaged team.Technology Implementation:Drive the selection, deployment, and optimisation of end user computing technologies, including operating systems, productivity tools, and collaboration platforms.Proactively scan industry for trends and advancementsInfluence technology designs to exploit best outcomes for end-user experience whilst maintaining wider TOCS and organisation objectivesSecurity and Compliance:Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard end user devices and data.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.The ideal candidate will have recent experience of working a similar role for a large Financial Services organisation.Minorities, women, LGBTQ+ candidates, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.Interviews will commence next week, so please apply immediately or call Bangura Solutions to discuss the role further.
