Head Of Commercial Property Management

We are currently recruiting for a Head Of Commercial Property Management to join one of the most respected property consultancies in the South West. Based from one of their offices in; Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth or Truro. Our client carries out a broad range of work, from Building Surveying to Property Management through to Valuation work, for a variety of clients in the South West. The portfolio will span the South West inclusive of; retail, food & beverage, industrial, offices etc. This role will include responsibility for the company management of the Commercial Property Management Teams across all offices.

The Head of Commercial Property Management will oversee the management and growth of the portfolio, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the commercial property market.

Head Of Commercial Property Management Position Requirements

Prior experience managing a commercial property portfolio
Service Charge experience
Ideally Assoc RICS or MRICS qualified- flexible if qualified via experience
Full driving licence
Able to work dynamically across the South West
Good tenure and seeking a permanent role
