4c is partnering up with Northern Irelands largest private healthcare provider to appoint a Head of Corporate Governance to join its senior leadership team and support the business as they embark upon a new and exciting stage of rapid growth and expansion. Reporting to the Group Medical Director the Head of Corporate Governance will lead the development, implementation, and management of the risk framework across the Group. This pivotal role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the organisation, encompassing clinical as well as non-clinical functions such as financial, information management, legal, and reputational aspects. The role holder will collaborate closely with senior leadership across all departments and be supported by a clinical governance manager to foster a culture of proactive risk management, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and the organisation as a whole. The successful candidate will be highly credible leader with a broad organisation perspective, capable of fostering strong collaborative relationships and working in a fast paced, dynamic organisation. In addition, the successful applicant will need to have the following skills and qualification: Significant experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility and accountability for delivering robust corporate governance, risk management and compliance. Experience of engaging at Board level, delivering comprehensive, accurate and professional presentations which provide crucial insight into governance, risk and compliance management. Proficiency in risk management software and tools. Degree qualification.
