Programme Manager - Land Management Services

c£55,000 per annum FTC - 12 Months, Bristol (hybrid 2 days p.w.)

This is a fascinating role and a little out of my comfort zone. I'm looking to fill a role of Head of Performance to cover an internal secondment for 12 months. This will drive forward the delivery of a newly released Corporate Plan for one of the country's largest land managers.
We need someone who can start promptly, ideally within two weeks and maintain the momentum on the core activities of the plan.

The role is Programme Management focused including:

• Manage change and push through delivery
• Tracking and reporting of key activities
• Ensuring SMEs are supported in making progress in strategic areas such as Green Finance, Ecosystem Resilience, and Land Use Frameworks.
• Programme manage potentially sensitive Functional and Systems-related change.

An ability to manage-upwards will be essential as will effective communication and presentational skills. Experience of complex public sector environments would be an advantage.
The contract is planned to run for 12 months.
