About the Role:
We are seeking a Head of Customer Service for a dynamic drinks business that is revolutionizing the D2C market. In this fast-paced, customer-centric environment, you will lead a team of experts to deliver exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding day-to-day expectations.
Responsibilities:
Improve current customer service processes
Lead and develop a team of experts in the drinks space
Automate processes within the team and systems
Build a best-in-class customer experience
Expand the customer service offerings for the D2C side of the business
Implement AI solutions to enhance the service
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a D2C Customer Service/Care role
Experience managing a sizable team
Previous experience in implementing AI technology
Strong background in process improvement
Excellent IT skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with varying levels of seniority
Details:
Hybrid role: Office presence required 2 times a week
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + benefits
