That's where you come in...💥 As the Head of Delivery, and the first Delivery-focused hire in the company, you will:Take a holistic view of the engineering department, tying together dependencies and identifying risks.Use your experience (ideally of working in a scale-up tech business in the past) to understand where/how you can be impactful e.g. defining what good looks like for product delivery, setting up processes, encouraging adoption.Work at the group level (as opposed to team by team) to drive initiatives to increase transparency between teams.💥 You'll likely be someone who...Is comfortable being given a fairly undefined problem space and carte blanche to identify issues and prioritise solutions to them. You'll work in collaboration with Engineering Managers and the CTO to decide where their biggest investments in the tech department should be.Has worked in a product-led, scale-up (or larger) technology firm with the good understanding of what makes software engineering functions tick.Measures success via increased capacity, velocity and bringing different disciplines together to work more effectively.Enjoys using data to inform decision-making but isn't entirely reliant on it.
