I m currently workingwith a hugely established Marketing Digital & Design Agency who arebased in Reading, have been going for over 25 years and are lookingfor a Head of Development to join their expanding team! More about the company Havebeen going for over 25 years with 2 offices and over 30 staff. Work with many global companies from the Hospitality, Retail,Sport, Media & Digital industries. The Role Reading 3 times a week in theoffice. Head of Development role is a split between hands oncoding & hands off leading. You would be leading a small teamof 4 with 2 based in South Africa. Required to not just leadfrom a technical standpoint but performance manage. Work veryclosely with clients and stakeholders but lead the technical directionacross the business. Have previous experienceleading or mentoring a small team. Fully confident with the SDLC. Help lead the technical vision and direction across thecompany.
