Head of Digital Delivery

We're happy to announce that we are exclusively partnered with a leading retail business in their Search for a Head of Digital Delivery!Reporting to the IT Delivery Director, you will be responsible for running the Digital Transformation Programme which is responsible for delivering all key digital touch points between the business and its customer base. Not only must you deliver on the strategic vision and roadmap, but also do so whilst ensuring the utmost efficiency and effective delivery of all products and services that make up the growing digital pipeline.It is pivotal that you as the successful client possess not only the ability to manage a large portfolio of digital products but also can work with the delivery teams to enhance their ways of working and ensure agile practices are being utilised to their fullest potential. This role requires you to be ample at both strategy and hands-on delivery. At the moment the teams operate on 2-week sprints, releasing regularly every 3 - 4 weeks. Experience working at this pace is vital, as we need someone who will be able to not only maintain this level of efficiency but improve it where possible.A technical-minded individual would suit this role best, as you'll be responsible for the following areas: Stakeholder Engagement, Robust process to ensure Quality, Team Performance management, Team Engagement, Procurement/3rd party management, Security and Compliance, Risk, Supplier, Finance management and governance. 3 days a week in the office based in Oxfordshire is a must, but you will have the flexibility to choose which 3 days as you please.You'll be working with a relatively small team (c.40 people) but you will be working to deliver great products.
