A leading provider in the professional hair and beauty industry in the UK is seeking a passionate Head of Digital Marketing to lead a team of digital professionals.
Key Purpose:
To plan and deliver the company’s digital strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual, team, and company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Develop the customer experience and engagement strategy, leading all engagement activity across digital media.
Manage strategic planning, SEO, PPC, social media, email advertising, and PR to achieve channel-specific objectives.
Increase sessions, Average Order Value (AOV), and conversion rates to meet KPIs.
Develop and oversee the content strategy to ensure alignment with the brand and resonance with the target audience.
Create and manage the monthly content calendar for email and social activity across all channels to meet budgeted levels.
Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
Manage the launch of new brands in line with the agreed schedule.
Analyze marketing activity results, report KPIs and ROI, and maximize customer acquisition and sales conversion.
Stay aware of new digital marketing technologies and tools, evaluating their potential for the organization.
Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of web analytics tools.
Thorough understanding of SEO and experience using SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
Great understanding of customer and market behavior and the ability to adapt to change.

Hours of Work:
39 hours per week.
Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 5.00pm.
Friday: 8.30am – 4.00pm.
