Head of e-Commerce & Digital Marketing | Sandwell | Full-time, Office-based | C. 60,000 DOE

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead digital strategy, drive online sales, and optimise customer experience in a rapidly expanding organisation.

The Role:

• Develop and execute a high-impact e-commerce and digital marketing strategy.
• Manage and optimise Magento2 and WordPress platforms.
• Lead SEO, CRM (Salesforce), and data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Build and mentor a high-performing digital team.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years in digital marketing/e-commerce, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Magento, WordPress, and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console).
• Proven track record of driving online sales and business growth.
