We are seeking an experienced Head of Electrical Manager to lead our electrical division within a dynamic and growing construction company. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the electrical team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Oversee all electrical installations, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Develop and implement electrical strategies to improve efficiency and safety.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
Ensure health and safety standards are strictly adhered to.
Be involved in PQQ and tenders.

Requirements: Proven experience in electrical management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and compliance requirements.

Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
