Our client is an early stage AI software business that has recently raised a large seed round. The company has an impressive founding team with a strong track record of growing entrepreneurial software companies. As part of the ambitious growth plans of the company, we are looking to recruit a Head of Engineering to lead and build the software engineering organization.ResponsibilitiesLead the software engineering organization, ensuring your team has the right tools, methodologies and processes to succeedAs a key member of the leadership team, work closely with the Chief Product Officer, Chief Executive Officer and other stakeholders to ensure the product strategy is translated into an effective development planCreate a strong engineering culture that engages employees and drives effective resultsRequirementsYou will have experience of leading high performing engineering teams within the context of an entrepreneurial software businessExperience with AI or ML related software would be an advantage but not essentialYou will be a strong leader of others who inspires others around youThis role is fully remote - it could be based anywhere in the UK.
