With our product, companies can seamlessly plan, order, and manage their stock. This streamlined process helps boost revenue, optimize working capital, and save valuable time. THE HEAD OF ENGINEERING ROLE: Joining as our Head of Engineering you will be responsible for guiding the development and deployment of high-quality, maintainable features while continuously improving our engineering processes. This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. You will oversee the design and implementation of our database model and cloud architecture, ensuring data integrity and system reliability. Additionally, you will develop and maintain secure, efficient APIs and robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring all practices meet stringent security and compliance standards.
