Newcore have partnered with a trusted client to hire a Head of Engineering.Our ClientFounded in 2018, The client is the leading Web3 infrastructure provider in Latam.They build the solutions needed by institutions to access the Web3 ecosystem by pioneering Web3 infrastructure technology together with their deep financial markets expertiseTheir team includes some of the world’s leading blockchain investors, strategists, and web3 engineers.The RoleThey are currently looking for a Head of Engineering with experience with Golang + Solidity.The Head of Engineering will be working closely with the engineering team whilst working about 50% hands on coding and 50% in the management.Responsibilities- Deep understanding of web3/blockchain/crypto technologies at least 5 years working experience in the space- At least 5 years working with Golang, Solidity, Javascript and front-end technologies- Solid understanding of cryptography including Zero-Knowledge & Homomorphic Encryption- Solid experience with cloud-based applications including AWS, Azure- Experience working in agile projects of different flavours including scrumWhats in it for you ?- Remote working- Competitive Salary- A rewarding role in a fast growing team.- Full time contractIf you would like to learn more about this opportunity , do not hesitate to get back in touch.
