Head of Engineering - Start up / Scale Up
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Engineering to join a SAAS organisation who have just closed their latest round of investment and are now looking for someone to help take them through their next round of growth - building, running and supporting engineering teams!
The ideal Head of Engineering should have a very strong background in both people management and software development. You will be managing a very strong engineering team of 6 software developers all at senior and principal level. You will be able to support the engineering team as they mature, with best-practice processes, tools and any other needs they may have. You will also have a strategic input on how to expand the current engineering team. This will include forecasting, strategy planning and technical architecture leadership.
Key Skills:
Previous experience of working within scale ups and starts up Scaled tech teams before. Ideally from 5 to 20.
Strong architectural skills Using current and modern technology
Good organisation and management skills
