Head of Estates

We are actively seeking an experienced Head of Estates to work for an organisation based in Gloucestershire.� The contract will last for at least 6 months�followed by a likely extension or permanent contract

Position:������������� Estates Operations Manager

Location:������������ Gloucestershire

Pay rate:������������ �30 to �36 per hour on an Umbrella/CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage in house engineering team


• Supervise Electrical, Mechanical and Building Engineers


• Responsible for maintenance strategy


• Oversee building compliance documentation


• Liaise with senior management regarding budgets, timescales and department strategy


• Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards


• Work with capital department to ensure work is handed over
