Head of Estates

I am working with a local authority looking for an Interim Head of Estates to join the team. This role will involve managing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the estates function, ensuring the efficient use and development of land and property assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the estates team and manage property portfolios
• Develop and implement estate strategies aligned with the authority's goals
• Oversee property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in estates management, ideally within the public sector
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive results
• RICS
