Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with expertise in Mathematics
• Demonstrate the skills of an outstanding teacher
• Ability to lead and manage a Faculty effectively
• Right to work in the UK
• Must provide 2 proven professional references - this is essential
• Possess or willing to obtain a DBS Certificate on the update service

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a thriving learning environment by embracing the school's values and actively supporting its teaching and learning goals
• Lead the Faculty's engagement with the School Improvement Plan, from drafting and implementation to monitoring, review, and reporting
• Assist the Head Teacher and SLT with attracting and selecting top talent for the school
• Promote positive learning habits and provide support to students facing work-related challenges
