The Role:
ETC is an International College providing courses to students from all over the world.
We are looking for a motivated Head of FEHE (Further Education and Higher Education) to oversee our friendly and enthusiastic team of teachers and to manage and progress our University Preparation and BTEC HND programmes in Business, Computing and Engineering subjects.
Our BTEC courses are accredited by Pearson and are equivalent to levels 4 and 5 of the RQF. Experience in running or delivering BTEC HND programmes is essential.
Candidate Profile (essential):
Good IT skills and the ability to learn in-house database systems quickly.
Exceptional customer service, communication and organisational skills
Must be highly motivated and able to work well within a team and under pressure.
Must have a high level of written and spoken English.
Motivation to develop systems and courses in accordance with our students' needs.
At least 5 years in the further or higher education industry; either in teaching or management.
Desirable, but not essential:
Experience working with international clients.
At least 2 years working in further or higher educ...
