If you are looking for an opportunity where you can make a noticeable impact on a day to day basis, and are happy to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty .we’d love to hear from you! /p p strong Key responsibilities to include: /strong /p p Financial reporting: /p ul li Own the delivery of board pack including consolidated monthly management accounts with analysis and commentaries /li li Statutory reporting and tax work /li li Point of contact for audit /li /ul p Commercial Finance / FP&A: /p ul li Lead on company-wide budgeting, forecasting and planning /li li Financial and non-financial KPI analysis and reporting /li /ul p Process implementation: /p ul li Support international expansion including setting up new entities /li li Continually look to improve processes and controls, using technology where possible to automate /li li Improve tech stack /li /ul p Team management: /p ul li Lead a global finance team consisting of a Financial Controller based in London and locally based accountants in operational regions /li /ul p strong Profile: /strong /p ul li Qualified accountant who has relevant PQE within a high-growth technology scaleup with international operations /li li Recognised Head of Finance / Finance Director, who is a strong business partner to Founder & Board /li li Established business partner who is capable of advising, challenging and influencing stakeholders /li li Excellent team management skills, within proven experience of mentoring a global finance team /li li Experienced with improving and where required re-building systems and processes /li li Strong analytical, mathematical and data driven in approach, with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills /li /ul p Please get in touch ASAP! /p
