Head of Finance - Ringwood

Bond Williams are pleased to be working exclusively to recruit a UK Head of Finance for an international group with a UK office in Ringwood. This is an exciting new opportunity that has come about through recent and planned growth over the next 5 years and would be a great move for an ambitious Qualified with a strong technical background and some international exposure.
Reporting to the UK Finance Director, you will be managing a small team but this team increase as the business develops.
Specific responsibilities:
Day to day management of the finance team
Review management accounts for the UK subsidiaries under UK Gaap and IFRS
Financial reports and analysis for board review
Promote reliability of the accounts by complying to deadlines, procedures, standards and internal controls
Preparation of quarterly statements
Oversee tax returns and liaison with European tax manager
Liaising with statutory auditors
Establish and monitor KPIs
Consolidation of UK results into the wider group
Treasury: cash management control for all UK subsidiaries and liaise with European depts
Drive the UK budget planning and quarterly and monthly reviews and reporting including identifying risks and trends
Assisting with the financing process for projects and M & A
Some travel - approx 4-6 times per year
