Head of Finance VC Backed SaaS platform 85-95k with equity London Talentedge are working closely with an extremely exciting VC backed SaaS start up who due to a successful funding round are looking to find an established Head of Finance. The success of the business has seen them already surpass their succession plan and look further afield to tap into the international market. The role will report directly into extremely impressive Co-Founders who have a wealth of knowledge within this space cutting their teeth in the corporate world and now growing their own business. The core duties will include: Oversight of day-to-day finance function Setup and ownership of process to integrate new entities/subsidiaries into accounting system and process Supporting with future fundraises Core FP&A, creating KPI dashboards to analyse key metrics for the business and presenting to the board Acting as business partner and building a strong working relationship with business stakeholders. Responsibility of the month-end close and financial statement preparation process Driving and implementing continuous development and improvement of a flexible accounting and reporting system to enable the business to gain important visibility of key metrics vs budget targets Assist with audit process Liaise with external firms for audit, accounting and tax matters Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures The Person:- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Full qualification Must have experience working within a startup/scaleup environment, ideally within the IoT space or SaaS. Experience using Xero/Quickbooks Commercially minded and hands on by nature, happy to get stuck in when required
