Supervise and manage financial department staff. Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance. Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes. Drive the financial planning of the company. Make decisions on investment strategies. Control and evaluate the organisation's fundraising plans and capital structure. Profile A successful Head of Finance should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant. Proven experience in a managerial position within the Finance department. Strong understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Job Offer A competitive salary package between £72,000 - £80,000 per annum.
