Head of Finance

Your new company I am currently working with a private-equity backed education company focused on supporting children with traumatic backgrounds. Having recently received private equity funding, they are looking for a Head of Finance to join the London team. Your new role Reporting to the part-time CFO and board, this is a broad and varied role offering the opportunity to go through a full PE lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Review and develop finance systems and processes, working with an outsourced finance team. Build strong relationships with PE investors, board and other senior leaders. Manage the budgeting, forecasting and planning process Drive improvements in MI including KPI's and management accounts Maintain banking relationships and debt funding facilities. Supporting business through expected growth including assistance, raising debt finance. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified finance professional with a practice background preferred. You will have a desire to learn and develop, build excellent relationships and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will need an analytical skill set and the ability to review and challenge existing processes and systems.
