Head of Finance

Job Title: Head of Finance

Location: Leicestershire

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: �80,000 - �90,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Group's consolidated balance sheet and P&L
• Deliver timely and accurate financial information to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide commercial insight to the management team
• Lead the central accounting function and manage audit processes
• Take ownership of tax and technical accounting matters
• Drive improvements in financial planning and reporting
• Collaboratively work with other heads of Finance to support the department and the wider business
• Deputise for the Finance Director when necessary

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years PQE
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Experience in a senior finance role within a similar industry
• Previous experience in M&A and integration projects

Technologies:

• Proficient in financial management systems and reporting tools
