Our client, a successful and rapidly expanding SME, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join their team and play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth journey.

In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director, providing strategic financial insights while managing the day-to-day operations of the finance department. You’ll also have the chance to make a significant impact on the company’s commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the production of management accounts and financial reporting
• Leading ledger management and supervising the finance team
• Driving budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and tax returns
• Managing the payroll function

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Proven staff management experience
• A strategic thinker who has operated at a similar level in a fast-paced environment
• A professional who thrives in a role that combines both operational and commercial finance expertise
