The Role:

As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the financial health and strategic direction of the business. You will lead the local finance team, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and providing key insights to drive decision-making at the senior leadership level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance department, overseeing financial operations and accounting processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including month-end and year-end processes.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Oversee statutory audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial and operational objectives.
• Continuously improve financial systems, controls, and processes to enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven leadership experience.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• High level of IT literacy and a strong approach to internal controls.
