We are seeking an experienced and dynamic finance professional to join our client's team as the Head of Financial Accounting. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to play a key role in shaping finance policies and embedding efficient processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Line management of the purchasing and expenses teams
• Developing and maintaining cash flow reporting and treasury management
• Ensuring the effectiveness of internal financial controls
• Supporting key decision-making through financial risk reporting
• Contributing to the implementation of a new finance system
• Ensuring compliance with external reporting requirements, VAT regulations, and preparing year-end statutory accounts and other financial returns

• A qualified accountant with solid experience in financial accounting
• An effective leader, capable of managing and developing teams
• A collaborative team player, able to work across multiple stakeholder groups
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of financial controls and reporting requirement
