We are looking for a Head of FP&A to join us as one of the key members of Rides Finance team. About the role As the Global Head of FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and decision-making processes of Bolt. This leadership position requires a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record in FP&A, business partnering, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will drive financial performance analysis, forecast accuracy, capital allocation decisions and provide insights that contribute to the company's growth and profitability. Your daily adventures will include: Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with strategic priorities Develop robust forecasting models to provide timely and accurate financial projections, considering market trends and business dynamics Establish a comprehensive reporting framework that provides executive leadership with actionable insights into financial performance Present key financial metrics, trends, and analyses to the executive team and board of directors Collaborate with operational teams to analyze the financial impact of business initiatives and investments Work closely with various departments, including Operations, Marketing, and Technology, to integrate financial planning into decision-making processes Identify and assess financial risks, providing recommendations for risk mitigation strategies Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas of improvement, efficiency gains, and cost optimization opportunities Ensure efficient capital allocation driving shareholder value generation Lead and develop a team of ambitious finance professionals About you: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA) is a plus Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 4 years leading an FP&A team Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights Proven experience in managing financial planning processes in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization Experience in capital allocation leveraging IRR and other return metrics Commercial awareness and business acumen Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Excel or Google Sheets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across local as well as central stakeholders Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
