We are recruiting a Head of Financial Systems to be responsible for the management, development and performance of the finance system and financial reporting solutions used across the Firm, which includes the UK business and all its international operations.
This role can be based from any of our UK offices and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
Demonstrable expertise in finance systems, data governance, data quality, data analytics capabilities, and the understanding of data lake architecture.
Comprehensive understanding across all areas of Technology including Architecture, Software, Hardware, Infrastructure, Applications, Data Architecture and overall Technical Design.
Significant experience working across complex, federated business units where ability to consult, as well as to lead, are critical.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced and demanding environment. The role is substantially outward facing dealing primarily with business stakeholders in other teams and third-party suppliers, as well as managing the Finance Systems Team.
Significant background in business intelligence implementation.
