Head of GrowthSalary up to £120,000 + EquityLondon – 1-2 Days a weekThe RoleWe're looking for a commercial leader, someone who’s entrepreneurial and comfortable being the first marketing team member, who can grow the team and help understand how we create predictable revenues channels.It’s an exciting time to join this early start up, which will give you the opportunity to put many of your skills to the test and build a repeatable and predictable marketing machine from the ground up.The ideal profile- You may have gone from Seed to Series A or B before and want that challenge again or may be ready to step in an environment to do so.- Growth and product marketing background in b2b SaaS - (3-4 years experience and able to demonstrate packaging and messaging execution)- Experience owning a % of revenue contribution – Owning and developing new pipelines- You've managed a few people - You're able to hire a team and execute- This is a hands-on and get-stuff-done, type of role.
