Head of Housing Management

Park Avenue have partnered with a Local Authority in the Southeast on the lookout for a Head of Housing Management for a six-month period.

You'll be leading the Council's Landlord function, covering Neighbourhoods, Leasehold, Social Housing, and Income Collection, and reporting to their Director of Housing. A key focus will be orchestrating a restructure to maximise efficiency within the service-potentially across divisions-while working closely with Councillors who have a strong resident focus.

This role is particularly crucial in light of regulatory concerns, so a track record of working in a regulatory regime, driving continuous improvement, and engaging with Inspectors is key. Alongside this, lifting team morale will be a huge plus.
