Head of Housing Needs

Park Avenue are working with a London Borough in need of an operational Head of Housing Needs!

You will be managing a Service of 80 (with 4 direct reports), covering:

• Housing Advice & Homelessness
• Temporary Accommodation
• Reviews and Service Improvement
• Rough Sleeping

The Council themselves are extremely ambitious and have heavily invested in hiring specialist interim leadership. While last year's TA overspend was a huge struggle, this has now reduced significantly, allowing time to focus on Prevention and Service Improvement!
