Head of Housing Services

Park Avenue have partnered with a Local Authority in the East Midlands, on the lookout for a Head of Housing Services for 6 months. You'll report straight into one of three Executive Directors, covering:

• Housing Advice & Homelessness
• Housing Management
• Property Services (Stock size ~7,000)

You'll be leading a service with competent managers, excellent members (whom you'll be in direct contact with), and plenty of autonomy.
