Major international franchise business within hospitality that is looking to take on a Director level Interim within HUMAN RESOURCES . This is a fabulous 12 month fixed term contract to support the current HR Director whilst she makes some strategic changes that will impact on the future growth of the business .You will already be an established and experienced HR Director with a background in managing high-performing teams and overseeing Learning and Development projects in a complex blue chip environment .This is an immediate start role . The role has a strong communications management element it will only suit an experienced leader with an empathetic/kind and "open" style to help built trust across all business units. This role is regarded as a key senior level appointment and as such you will have plenty of autonomy .

You will need to hit-the-floor running in this role

Duties
Work with the HR Director to identify HR priorities and opportunities, and to develop and execute HR plans that support the company's objectives
Supporting the HR Director this role has four key elements, and you will directly manage 2 people within HR:
Oversee day to day HR Ops
Learning & Development /Change management
Lead and support organisational development and change management initiatives across the region.
Develop and drive our learning and development plans.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the business objectives, vision, and values
Team Management
Provide leadership and support to the People Support team (2 staff )
Foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and improvement.
Work closely with department heads to become a trusted coach and advisor, determine their resource requirements, and develop succession and talent plans.
