A leading Fintech organisation is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the development and management of the people policy framework and associated programs.
Reporting into the CPO, this role will be responsible for overseeing the HR policy framework, designing and maintaining individual polices and related procedures as well as ensuring the HR function is compliant.
Other responsibilities include establishing and overseeing governance of Employee Relations case management and providing reports and analysis for HR, Legal and Business Leadership. You will be the point of coordination within HR for all regulatory or internal audit activity.
The successful candidate will lead on policy or governance focused projects alongside the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Degree qualified in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* Strong working knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in, employee relations or business-focused HR in a regulated international organization.
* Proven track record in policy development and the provision of guidance and communication related to policy interpretation and application.
* Excellent communication, written and presentation skills with evidence of being able to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
* Meticulous and exceptionally strong organizational, system and process skills to manage multiple and competing priorities and deadlines.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
* Ideally experience within the regulated Financial Services industry.
