Compensation: £80k - £95k + Bonus & Benefits

Immensely passionate about creating cutting-edge products that positively impact their users, as the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their people strategy and ensuring a positive employee experience. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, drive HR initiatives, and support their talented team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement (UK) HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with business goals.
Leverage technology to improve HR processes and efficiency.
Lead on compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a technology-focused product environment.
Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
