I have an exciting role to work with a specialist contractor based in Manchester.
As the Head of HR, you will be a strong leader with fully rounded knowledge and experience of HR.��
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes�
- HR Operations�
- Payroll - Liaise with the Operations Manager to deliver an accurate and on time payroll�
- Compensation and Benefits
- Develop and implement bonus strategy�
- Implement HR projects and key strategies
As an experienced HR Professional, you will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, whilst adapting to change and you will have experience of managing the whole life cycle - recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits and rewards and talent management.�
Desirable:
- Construction, civil or engineering background
- Experience in implementing and managing a new people strategy�
- CIPD Level 7�
Please note, this is a full -time role working in the office Monday to Friday. There is no remote working with this role.�
