Head of HSEQ (Manufacturing)

MCS Group is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading local Manufacturing company, who are recruiting for a Head of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager to join their team and continue to grow with the business. Duties for the role will be wide ranging but will include: Playing a pivotal role in delivering and maintaining robust HSEQ routine company wide Responsible for ensuring continuous improvement to standards, systems and procedures Leading the company to achieve ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards, as well as maintaining ISO 9001 accreditations. Deliver and maintain a change programme to embed and develop a positive culture across the company. Criteria; NEBOSH L6 in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent) Proven Senior HSEQ professional, with evidence of successfully leading from the front Ability to set strategic goals, lead a team and translate goals into plans to be executed successfully Willing to travel internationally (as required) A huge advantage for the role would be technical/engineering knowledge within a Manufacturing environment.
