Job DescriptionAn opportunity has arisen to join this successful SME organisation, at a time of growth, as Head of HR.Hybrid working. Based on-site 3 days per week at the site in Birmingham.£70k - £75k + Car / Car Allowance + BenefitsReporting into the Operations Director, as Head of HR you will develop the People strategy across their UK, and growing, European sites. This includes managing a small team, and the full HR generalist remit from recruitment, employee relations through to developing management capability. This role will also lead on the implementation of a new HRIS. Working closely with the Operations Director and Senior Leadership team you will provide pragmatic, commercial HR advice and guidance.As an experienced Head of HR you will have experience of a European and International remit. Experience of implementing HRIS, with experience of a Ceridian system would be advantageous. You will have experience of working in a pacey, operational environment.
